The Active Senior Package is addressed to people who want to spend time with vigor and at the same time get to know their body better. During your stay, the staff will take care not only of your comfort and convenience, but also of your health. We will provide exercise classes, practical workshops and evening meetings with music.

The choice of physical activity at a certain age is individual and depends on many factors, including health condition and level of physical fitness. We will help you adjust the exercises: endurance, strength, stretching and perform them at least three or four times a week for about 30 minutes with individually adjusted intensity.
