The "Light Legs" package is a perfect solution for people who struggle with the problem of heavy and tired legs. It is addressed to those who want to find solace and relief, thus improving the comfort of their lives. During your stay, the staff will take care not only of your comfort and convenience, but also of your health. We will provide exercise classes, practical workshops and evening meetings with music.

During your stay:

1x Foot reflexology. Massage using the thumb and fingers, the appropriate reflexes, i.e. places on the foot, are pressed. With this massage method, we trigger the body's natural defense systems that will help us fight many ailments, reducing or completely eliminating: neck pain, spine pain, stomach pain, headaches, muscle pain, insomnia, etc.
1x BOA Mechanical lymphatic massage of legs 20 minutes,
